Returns & Exchanges

The returns or exchanges item(s) will be returned only if the guidelines are as
followed:
-Please contact us before you return the item(s); we will not accept unauthorized returns.

-The item(s) must be returned in all of the original packaging including carton, boxes. No returning or  exchange is offered in case that the item has been worn, washed, perfumed or damaged.

-Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.

-We are not responsible for the cost of return & resend shipping. Exchanges or refund are only accepted    within 14 days from the day you receive the item(s).

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns & exchanges for below item(s),
-Sale item(s) are final

-For hygiene reasons, no returns & exchanges for jewelry, swimsuits, and lingerie items.

Faulty Items 

-If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must contact us  within 5 days of receiving item(s) and provide a photo of the defect.

Missing Items

-If you have provided us with an incorrect address, please email us ASAP so we can correct the issue before your item is sent out. If not, we will not offer compensation if missing.

-If your item is lost in transit we are not legally responsible. If further investigation is required to locate your parcel, we will assist in any way we can.

Shipping

-Worldwide international shipping provide by Hong Kong Post Office, we prefer sending by Registered air mail with a tracking number provided, please expect to sign for the package.

-Delivery time is typically between 7-14 business days for standard air mail to USA & most European countries. However, customs may cause delays.

-Customer(s) will need to take responsibility for custom fees, if any.
